Please join us in congratulating Roger Stephens on his retirement after nearly 21 years with VP Supply! 🎉

Roger began his career with VP in 2004 as an Inside HVAC Sales Representative and went on to hold several leadership roles, most recently serving as Branch Manager of our Dansville branch. Over the years, he’s played a key role in VP’s growth, building lasting customer relationships and leading a successful expansion into the electrical business in the Dansville area.

We are so grateful for Roger’s dedication, hard work, and loyalty. We wish him the very best as he embarks on this next chapter filled with travel, winters in Florida, outdoor adventures, and cheering on his beloved Buffalo Bills. 🦬Congratulations, Roger – your retirement is well earned and well deserved!

The Expo Hall one-on-one booth appointments remained a cornerstone of the day—sparking alignment, building trust, and opening doors to new opportunities. It’s been a fun day of of discovery, conversation, and shared momentum. We had the chance to meet with incredible vendors and attend breakout sessions that dove into the future of AI—both thought-provoking and energizing!
