The Ereasy system has become the most documented, demonstrated, researched and celebrated h**pcrete system in the United States thanks to our network of owner operators, positioned strategically around the country, an army of trained technicians and 50+ projects of all kinds. This system has been demonstrated on residential, commercial, retrofit and affordable housing projects of all shapes and sizes!

We designed this course to teach not only the safe and efficient operation of the Ereasy system, but also how to build and operate a successful business around it. Come take advantage of our proven knowledge, research, and experience with not only this system but the material as a whole!

An epic of odyssean proportions - presenting the in Rochester, MN. Over three years in the planning, design and code enforcement process yields the second largest single family h**pcrete home in the United States and our largest **pcrete single family home to date!

With 675 bags at 20kg each of h**p hurd, this home was sprayed with over four thousand cubic feet of h**pcrete in only 18 days with two of those days lost to rain and another two devoted to preparations for spray.

We assembled an all-star team to tackle this project, including Damien and Céline Baumer of the Baumer Ereasy company, Matt and Sam Marino of **pcrete and the guys from the Lower Sioux Indistrial H**p Construction division - Danny, Robert, Butch, Damon and Levi. We worked straight through this project with two Ereasy machines set up to get this done in a timely fashion.

This crew, these homeowners, a patient and caring general contractor in and this home showed what is possible with h**pcrete when a team like this comes together to execute a vision.

We had an amazing group of people assemble for our first ever Ereasy Spray Application Technician Training in Austin, TX!

was absolutley the most impactful place to host this training with over 50 years of Architectural imagineering and diligence in sustainability on display. Gail, Pliny and the team welcomed us with open arms, and we all emerged with a sense that we are connected to the work they have been doing for so long, and that we are carrying forward in their storied footsteps.

The attendees for this training were all experienced contractors and folks that I have known of for some time! This group represented Austin well, and with as our hometown coordinator, we certainly made the best of our time in with visits to downtown, the rodeo, and the - the full Austin experience!

We also got to visit a pair of local h**pcrete projects with Lauren from CMPBS and the fantastic ADU built by Carl and his team! The city of Austin approved **pcrete construction only a few weeks later with the help of the and some of the folks listed here. This is an effort that must be carried out by all of us in our respective areas to get Appendix BL approved!

A special thank you also to our local friends who helped us out along the way - **p3 and - where Carl saved us at the end of the experience by bringing manpower and equipment to help us load out the **pcrete panels at the end.

Our first installation of the 2025 season! Clients Ian and Sarah had previously built themselves a gorgeous hand-cast h**pcrete home to share with each other on a beautiful parcel of land in Floyd, VA. As many small families do - they are growing and needed more space! Check out this beautiful home addition designed by Ian and Sarah and built by !
Americhanvre was invited to provide 12" of spray applied **pcrete to insulate the walls of the addition. A small team of five managed to execute this installation in only three days! To compare - the existing home took over a month to cast by hand. Ian and Sarah are teachers who just welcomed their first child, so that kind of time commitment was not an option!
We had the pleasure of being joined on this project by Juan DeRisio - who is an experienced natural builder as is Ian - and also Brian Mogli of ! This was also the first in-field installation for Americhanvre project manager and construction supervisor Chris Golla! What a system, what a team!

Join us for one of two **pcrete Ereasy Spray Application Technician trainings this spring! We are excited to offer this in training in Austin, TX at the Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems and also at our home base in Bally, PA .
The Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems is located in the heart of Austin, TX and is a non-profit education, research and demonstration organization run by Gail Vittori and Pliny Fisk III. Established in 1975, the Center specializes in life cycle planning and design focused on regional and global sustainability and human health. We are honored to share this space for our first Ereasy training opportunity in March! This training will be co-hosted by who will serve as an ambassador for the city of Austin and who will also lead a tour of local h**pcrete projects. and will also be there in support and offer a tour of their facilities at the end of the week!
Our second opportunity to get trained on the Ereasy System will be at our warehouse location in Bally, PA in May - which will be our 4th consecutive year offering the training at our flagship location! Last year, we hosted our largest single training with 16 participants and two full Ereasy systems. We look forward to continuing this annual gathering at our facility!
Both Ereasy Spray Application Technician Trainings will be attended by the Ereasy system creators from the Baumer Ereasy company in Malbrans, France - Damien and Cèline Baumer! Participants will learn the basics of Ereasy system assembly, operation and maintenance as well as the business behind a successful h**pcrete installation contracting firm. Our goal is to prepare technicians with the skills they need to install the material properly and to also succeed as a business. Armed with the support of and the depth of research, documentation and extensive proof of concept behind the Ereasy system, our network of trained Technicians system owner/operators have executed original installations all around the globe!
