Last week, our team had the opportunity to attend the (American Mold Builders Association) Conference in Grand Rapids, MI. As always, it delivered valuable and relevant takeaways that help us grow both as a business and as professionals.

From industry insights and innovative ideas to meaningful conversations with peers, the event continues to be an excellent resource for learning and development. We especially appreciate the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals in the tooling industry, along with the supplier companies whose continued support strengthens both AMBA members and the association as a whole.

Exciting progress on the installation of new 1800T die cast machine!

This next stage is really starting to bring the project to life with the addition of accessories including the new melting furnace and robotics automation systems. Seeing this take shape is a huge milestone for the team and a major step forward in expanding our capabilities with efficiency and automation.

A lot of hard work and coordination has gone into this project, and we’re proud of the progress. Looking forward to the next phases as we continue building toward full operation.

✨ Future talent in the making! ✨

Recently, we had the pleasure of giving a behind‑the‑scenes tour to four local high school students—three seniors and one junior—who are already exploring impressive career paths. Their interests ranged from serving in the Navy, to joining another local industry-related company, to becoming a diesel mechanic.

Each student showed curiosity, talent, and a genuine desire to learn. It’s inspiring to see the next generation so motivated and engaged!

We look forward to welcoming more student groups in the coming months and opening our Apprenticeship Application Window soon.
