🏗️Preserving Tampa’s Architectural History, One Brick at a Time🧱

A look at the incredible masonry work taking shape at ONE Tampa Residences, a new luxury residential development in downtown Tampa, Florida!

One of the most distinctive features of this project is the recreation of a historic building façade that once stood on the site. The new seven-story, L-shaped structure is designed to reflect the original building’s architectural character, blending historic charm with modern construction.

The façade features the Belden Hamilton Blend – Norman Size, along with custom brick shapes from The Belden Brick Company, bringing the historic-inspired architectural details to life.

Premier Brick Sales of Florida is proud to supply the brick for this remarkable project, with exceptional craftsmanship from B&M Masonry!
