McNeely’s Store & Rental in Clemson, SC is looking for a Rental & Sales Associate to join our team!
📍 Clemson, SC
⏰ Full-time + benefits
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate equipment rentals, including reservations, pickups, and returns
• Provide excellent customer service at the sales floor and rental counter
• Help customers select products and understand equipment basics
• Build knowledge of rental equipment, power equipment, and construction materials
• Load and unload materials and rental equipment as needed
• Operate a forklift or be willing to learn
• Keep the store and yard organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Support daily operations while prioritizing safety
What we’re looking for:
• Self-motivated, dependable, and hard-working
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands-on environment
• Comfortable working with equipment or willing to learn
• Basic computer skills and a team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Background check and drug screening required
