This is Arie Wiglama the Owner at M&M Tool and Machinery! It is the beginning of a new year and I would like to hear from this group how we are doing as a Tool House. I am interested in your feedback and promise to use your feedback to improve the customer experience.

In 2024 at M&M we focused on improving the store front by adding product and cleaning up. We added a few new members to our repair business which has helped us better take care of customer repairs. We have put a lot of investment into our online business which is focused on parts but will soon have all of our tools and accessories.

For me personally 2024 was a year of growth and learning. I have found that my favorite thing about M&M Tool is our customers. If I only had one job to do at M&M I would spend the day talking and helping our customers.
