I finished a barn with APB in 2020 as part of a new home on a small equestrian property for my wife and myself. I did extensive research with multiple bids for this project, and I decided to go with APB because of their comprehensive design, planning, and customization process. Their price was at or below all of the other bids, and the kit included everything needed for my specific requirements, which I was able to custom design via phone and email. Robert was exceptionally helpful in explaining how the plan was designed, how the material takeoff was broken down, and how the structure was to be built, all of which was engineered for my local building and windstorm requirements. His guidance, instruction and explanations made it very easy for me to manage my contractors as they progressed. When I decided to make unplanned adjustments after construction began, he patiently worked with me to ensure that the changes would work, the integrity of the engineering would stay intact, and that additional materials were ordered correctly. I can’t say enough about how easy it was to work with APB. I have over 25 years of experience in home construction, but this was my first barn, and since I was building it for my wife and myself, the little details were even more important. I highly recommend APB to anyone looking for a quality building kit at a very reasonable price.
