For we are shining the spotlight on one of our proud veterans, Garrett Renner. In 2002 Garrett joined the Navy. He was stationed in Japan, Boston, and San Diego. He conducted 8 deployments all over the world throughout his career.

When speaking about National Hire a Veteran Day, Garrett shared this with us:

“At some point in a veteran's life, he/she chooses to sign the bottom line for this country, and for several years does what is asked to meet the task at hand. Hiring someone with military training in the civilian sector is a great asset to the company itself. Veterans are trained with integrity, honor, courage, and commitment, values that can positively spread throughout the workplace.

[It] means a great deal to me to work for Paul Loska, a disabled veteran who sacrificed so much. To work alongside other men and women who served brings comfort to Icon’s work environment.”
