We did large-scale installation for a manufacturing company. This manufacturer specializes in precision pipes, tube bending and other structural steel. Common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and various alloys.

With numerous welding booths, robotic welding, plate fabrication and a high degree of throughput, it was clear they needed a fume extraction system to handle the increased volume. They needed a system that could protect the facility from the potential for filter fires.

BiCo filter cartridges last longer
Filter life is not only determined by cleaning efficiency but more often by the strength of the bonding between the fibers in the media. Most cartridges fail when the bonding breaks. This causes an immediate pressure drop and a decrease in airflow, the result – costly filter cartridge replacements. Another fresh install featuring our MDB-24 Pro!

The MultiDust Bank features a modular system, allowing it to meet your current requirements and expanded as your business and workload grows. Each filter cartridge contains a Ram-Air cleaning system, which disperses compressed air to clean and release dust collected.

Filters are pre-coated to enhance filtration efficiency and are rated at MERV 14. High filtration efficiency allows for recirculating the cleaned air, and energy savings through heat recovery.

The MDB-24 Pro also features the ControlPro system, giving you a dashboard to monitor and manage the system.

Diluter; the stand-alone general filtration system

Are you looking for a stand-alone general filtration system, developed to reduce and control the background concentration of (heavy) welding fumes in a workshop? The Plymovent Diluter is the ideal solution! The Diluter continuously mixes the blue haze of welding fumes, caused by the rising fumes that form between four and six meters above the floor, with clean air injected by nozzles.

Low installation costs

The Diluter system consists of three main components: the filter unit, a fan, and the Diluter. The Diluter is an air circulation unit with six multidirectional outlet nozzles. The unit re-circulates the cleaned air into the workshop through the outlet nozzles. No ductwork means no ductwork costs!

With a Diluter you will have a relatively small investment for controlling welding fumes in your plant.

The mobile welding fume extractor
The MobileGo is a very compact and powerful mobile welding fume extractor. It is designed as an entry-level extractor or for welding processes that produce little fume. This unit can very easily be moved around the workshop to extract the welding fumes where needed.

Extreme large filter surface - welding fume class W3
The MobileGo utilizes a two-stage disposable filter package.
The pre-filter is a polyester filter cassette. The main filter is a HEPA glass fiber filter cassette with a filter surface of 26 m² (280 ft²).
The MobileGo has a welding fume class W3 according to ISO 15012-1:2013.

KUA extraction arm: the #1 choice of our customers
The MobileGoplus has a two or three-meter KUA extraction arm. Unique to the KUA is the combination of inner and outer arms of smooth aluminum tubing connected by our unique middle joint.
