I'm building an ADU in SoCal, and I'm so glad that a purchased an AGT YSRT14 a month ago. It cannot work as strong and fast as my previous Bobcat 463, but it's definitely a bargain consider the affordable price I paid for (5K).
I'm totally encourage home owners, DIYs, and/or small companies to look into these minis. They will save you $, time, and bodyache in the long run.
I changed the engine and hydraulic oils when I first received the unit (as many members in this group suggested), and have putting in 28 hours, and so far everything is fine. I moved tons of dirt during excavation and underground utilities, and now just moved 13 tons of 3/4 gravels for the ADU and garage foundations

I have a CFG DM20. The bulkhead in the track carriage was not welded on one side from the factory. After using it a few minutes, the bulkhead bent and allowed the track to come off. The original jack **** was bent and would not turn. I ordered this to replace the original one. The parts are interchangeable. My original had a black phosphate finish on it while this one has a bright finish on it. Otherwise seem identical. I ordered this part online, shipping was prompt - I ordered on Saturday and had it before the end of the week.
