Last specialty sale item for now is this commercial electric Rheem water heater. We are selling it for a reduced price due to the dent on top of the heater as shown below. This water heater is brand new, never installed and the dent is only cosmetic. Below is a link to the specs for height, diameter and recovery of the ELD66-C. It is 240 Volts, runs 4.5 kw and is 65 Gallons. It runs double element simultaneous operation. This cast iron Kohler sink is very reminiscent of the Indio as shown below. It has a slightly different hole pattern, but otherwise the dimensions and material are the same. It is 33" x 21 1/8" and comes with dish rack liners. This is a specialty order sink that lists for close to $1,000. We are, however, looking to sell this sink for $600. This double basin, cast iron Kohler sink has outside dimensions of 33" x 22". It comes with 4 holes to accommodate both a faucet as well as an airgap. It is in perfect shape and is for undermount installation. As you can see in the link below, it normally lists for $799. We are selling this gem for only $480.

We have here two Kohler cast iron bathroom sinks. They are both round, have centerset 4" faucet holes and are the discontinued colors of Sunlight and Skylight. They are in great shape (Though the yellow "Sunlight" sink has a chip which we are posting a picture of). Here is a link to the sinks if you would like specs and an idea of the original pricing.
