What if your auto repair shop also offered custom spray-on bedliners?

Our customer in Corona has been spraying bedliners for years using an older E-10 system. After the reactor finally gave out, they decided it was time to upgrade to a brand-new proportioner and keep the old one for spare.

The Diamond Liners team went the extra step by assembling the new reactor onsite and providing some hands-on startup instruction to help get them running smoothly.

This 60,000 sqft poultry processing facility has been in service for 40 years and required a full rehab due to shifting soil conditions and infrastructure improvements! ๐Ÿ”

It's a secondary aeration containment that treats the plant runoff prior to discharge, where high organic wastewater creates a harsh environment on concrete. Polyurea coatings provide a strong, seamless, waterproof barrier with excellent adhesion that protects the surface from moisture and chemical degradation.

The installation was completed by Longhorn Enterprises of Texas, applying polyurea coating across 60,000 sqft of the basin. The process included:

โœ… Chemical grout injection beneath the cracked portions of the pit to stabilize the dynamic movement.
โœ… Concrete surface cleaning and prepping.
โœ… Geotextile fabric on rougher and nonuniform portions of the containment walls.
โœ… Sprayed polyurea directly to the concrete, the floor and the interior baffle walls

Using the workhorse Graco Reactor 3 H-XP3 Proportioner and a Fusion PC gun, this project wrapped up in just one month (3 weeks ahead of schedule) with Diamond Liners onsite tech support, Andy Phelan.
