We designed a custom 22” - 29” Reverse Circulation Underreamer with PDC Diamond Compact Cutter Blades (each blade weighed 100 lbs) The Underreamer is spring loaded with heavy duty springs that will open below the casing to increase the annular area. The tool weighed a little over 1,000 lbs.

Shop Supervisor/Scheduler Needed Immediately

Job Responsibilities for Shop Supervisor/Scheduler
Increase Productivity and Efficiency for all areas in the plant.
Schedule production, Input Labor Sheets and monitor run times
during and after completion by using MAS90 and reviewing daily
labor sheets.
Keep shop cleaned and organized in accordance with 5-S procedures.
Expedite parts through the manufacturing process and from QA to shipping.
Manage and supervise shop personnel.
Assist in pulling parts and build kits and ensure their delivery to work areas
in coordination with work order schedule.
Establish procedures to coordinate necessary tooling, inserts, jigs,
thread gages, etc. with materials or build kits to work stations in
order to reduce operator inefficiencies in trying to locate these items.
Back up Shipping and Receiving.
Manage and establish better QA Procedures.
Manage safety program.

45 1/2” - 51” Expandable Horizontal Roller Rock Head, 5,000 lbs for installing 48” casing under a road in New York. It features flip out roller cutters that can be retracted by rotating counter clockwise! We also built a 14” diameter guide to screw into the end as seen hanging next to the bit.This has been an interesting project that took about 175 man hours to build.
