Sometimes the original window type used in your home is either impractical or outdated.

These small windows should have been single hung windows to begin with. Sliding horizontally gives very little fresh air and is also a fire hazard. People cannot escape out of the original window opening.

Now, they have a better look, an escape route, better soundproofing, and a full lifetime warranty.

Door Conversion to Window.

Our Client never used this door since there is another Sliding glass door in the same room. This Door is on the sun side of the house and allowed to much unobstructed sun in the kitchen as well as heat transferring through from the concrete outside. This made the kitchen Way too warm even though the door was tinted.

The Client asked if we could convert it into a Energy efficient Window, but match the grids that the other windows have nearby. The New Milgard Tuscany Dual Paned window has New UV Coating as well as Argon Gas in between the panes.

Problem Solved. The New UV Coating doesn't only stop UV Rays, but it also stops UV heat. The kitchen is Now comfortable all day long and more importantly, the home is now more secure without the door on the side of the house.

Bedroom Window replacement with Milgard Tuscany series windows.

Our customer had an issue with noise from the fwy interrupting their sleep and tranquility. Even though they replaced their windows 15 years ago, the older dual paned windows weren't doing a good job of keeping the sound out.

During replacement we noticed that the previous installer didn't use insulation foam which makes a huge difference for thermal protection and soundproofing. With these new windows installed properly, the bedrooms are nice and quiet. Cooler too.
