Pecan Pie Cookies 😍 OMG DONT LOSE IT
Ingredients:
1 prepared single pie crust (homemade or purchased, I used Pillsbury)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 eggs

One of the most requested meals at my house.
Heavenly Chicken
Chicken (I use boneless skinless thighs, but breasts would work)
Dredge in sour cream seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll around in crushed Ritz crackers. Put on baking
