🙏 Join us as we take a moment to pause and send our heartfelt prayers to a beloved family dear to the hearts of Joe and Angie Williams, Molly, and Drew Reece. ❤️

At the end of January, the Bentley family's world was shaken when they rushed their three-month-old, Judson, to the ER. The devastating news came swiftly - a large tumor was found in Judson's brain. Since then, he's been courageously fighting at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Scottish Rite Hospital, undergoing two surgeries. While one surgery was successful, a small part of the tumor remains. It's rare, fast-growing, and cancerous, requiring a rigorous plan of chemotherapy from the dedicated oncology team.

Our company is all about relationships and today we recognize the Vendor we have known the longest, MGM Industries. Our very first orders, way back in September 2011, were windows and doors made by MGM. They trusted us to pay our bill (which we did) and we trusted them to build a good product (which they do). Our business of providing windows and doors and other products isn't always easy. Having folks like MGM on our side makes those tough times easier to navigate, and always a pleasure to do business with. We are excited to highlight these beautiful doors made by The French Steel Door Company, as a part of the leasing office on the Fortune Johnson Tremont project. These doors along with Quaker windows made this Rangewater Development amenity area turn out fabulous! We are grateful to work with these customers and our vendors, and look forward to more opportunities in the future!

2011 –> 2023 This week we celebrate the birth of Williams Building Products!

August 19, 2011 was the day Joe stepped out on faith and hung out our “open for business” sign, and never looked back a single day since.



Joe’s goal has always been to provide his customers with the utmost in service in a variety of building products.

His strategy from day one hasn’t changed, but now we serve our customers and suppliers with a highly qualified staff of 13, across 13 states and still expanding!



As we begin year 13, we continue to believe in our motto, Our Experience means Your Success, and look forward to working with you on your next multi-family project!
