Biletnikoff Award The Biletnikoff Award, created in 1994 by the TQC Foundation, recognizes the CFB season's outstanding receiver at any position.

The all-volunteer Foundation has provided over 350 scholarships with benefits of nearly 7 million dollars. The Biletnikoff Award is presented annually to the nation’s outstanding college football receiver by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, Inc.(TQC) The TQC Foundation is an independent, charitable organization that was founded in 1994. nded by over 550 supporters with a keynote address by a prominent national figure, showcases each year’s award winner as well as the scholarship recipients. The all-volunteer Foundation has provided over 300 scholarships with nearly five million dollars through 2022.

We are profoundly saddened by the passing of our great and esteemed friend and Biletnikoff Award trustee Jason Brienen on Wednesday, September 2, after his courageous battle against cancer. It was a significant privilege to have known and served with him. We send heartfelt condolences to his family and many friends for the loss of an outstanding and wonderful man.
