Are your windows hard to open? 🪟
Are they dirty and sticking? 🫩

A great way to keep your windows maintained and functioning properly is to clean and lubricate them!
Just like us, windows need to exercise and when they are closed 75% of the year, they get stuck in that position and springs get sprung!
To properly clean and lubricate your windows:
○ Use warm water and Dawn to wipe down the tracks and window itself
○ Use a lubricant spray (not WD-40!) to spray the tracks and balances. We recommend silicone lubricant.
○ Open and close your window so the mechanisms can self lubricate and exercise!

And if those mechanisms have sprung and broke, give us a call and we can come out and replace them! 🧑‍🔧
