This once abandoned warehouse has turned into a work of art.
See story below ⬇️
51 Carroll Creek Way was built in 1851 by the Byerly Brothers, who were wholesale grocers at the time. The small “back warehouse” was used to store items like bulk potatoes, cabbages, parsnips, carrots, and salted meats and fish. fitzgeraldsheavytimber has recently completed major structural repairs to the once abandoned building. They also added modern utilities such as: running water, sewer, and electricity! Yes, this building, in downtown Frederick, never had utilities until recently. The structure is finished and available for use as office spaces. Being zoned as “Downtown Business” it can become a host of things, from a residence to an eatery. Come and visit this remarkable space! The space will be open to the public Friday, June 5th from 11:00 am and again on Saturday, June 6th from 3:00 pm.
