Be the First Face of Service at Henderson Lumber Company, Inc. True Value
Henderson Lumber Company, Inc. True Value is on the hunt for a motivated and dependable Sales Associate to join our front counter sales team. If you’re people-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact for local builders, contractors and homeowners, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and care.
Process transactions and manage point-of-sale interactions.
Help organize and stock products to keep our showroom sharp.
Answer phones, field questions, and route inquiries to the right team members.
Support the general manager and peers with daily tasks and responsibilities.

What You Bring to the Table:
General knowledge of building material, hardware, electrical and plumbing is a plus- but not required.
A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our POS system).
Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
Bi- Lingual is a plus- but not required

What We Offer:
Pay: Hourly plus commission (Pay rate based on experience and knowledge)
Schedule: Full-time | 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday | Rotating Saturdays 8am- 1pm. If seeking part- time hours and available, still apply.
