170+ YEARS. 🤯

Five people. One building. More than 170 years of combined service.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything these five have contributed over the years.

Help us celebrate this incredible milestone in the comments! 👏

Hood Distribution Nashville had a blast at the AIA Middle Tennessee 2026 Architecture Golf Classic!

We loved getting to connect with teams from across the local A/E/C community while providing a little product knowledge, hydration, and swag. 👋

We’re especially proud to sponsor this event for the 6th year in a row, supporting AIA chapter programming, UTK scholarships, and K–12 Architecture Week.

AND can we talk about this rocking chair?! 👀

Huge shoutout to RJ Wherry & Associates for creating it from Garnica North America DuraPly all-weather plywood!

We're expanding laminate offerings in our Florida markets!

Florida A&D Representative Alysar Droubi has been introducing Pionite and Nevamar to architecture and design professionals ahead of the line's arrival at our Jacksonville and Orlando branches this week.

We're excited to bring these laminate solutions to more customers and support the design community with additional materials and possibilities for upcoming projects.

Door Masters of Texas in Houston, TX, a Dallas-Fort Worth branch customer, created these stunning doors from white oak.

The natural character of white oak paired with thoughtful craftsmanship makes for doors that are built to stand out. We’re proud to help supply the materials behind projects like these!

🪴💡 A little networking, a little learning, and a LOT of growing!

A&D Specifications Rep Amber Veach had such a great time at the FSA Lighting + Inventure Grow & Glow Summer Intern Networking Event!

It was a great opportunity to connect across generations, swap career advice, share lessons learned, and build some new relationships. 🤝

And because every good networking event needs a little greenery… everyone got to create their own mini succulent arrangement courtesy of Classy Cactus Farm! 🌵

To all the summer interns who headed back to class this semester - keep learning, connecting, and putting yourself out there! 🎓

🎨✨ What happens when you give future designers the freedom to CREATE?

The 2026 INSPIRE FORM Competition challenged MTSU Junior Interior Architecture students to design furniture pieces that inspire, uplift, and spark joy.

Think bold colors. Unexpected combinations. Layered textures. And plenty of creativity. 👀

Students incorporated 3+ Formica® Brand and/or FENIX® products into their designs and competed for awards including:

🏆 Best Use of Materials
🔧 Best Technical Details
🎨 Most Creative
📈 Most Marketable
🥇 Best Overall

And the best part? The winning design was actually fabricated and displayed at INSPIRE Nashville!

We love seeing young designers take materials and turn them into something completely their own.

Our Tucson team recently got some product training from the Columbia Plywood team!

We’re big believers that you can never know too much - especially when it comes to helping customers find the right products for their projects.

Thanks to the Columbia Plywood crew for spending some time with our team! 👏

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to chat, check out products, grab some swag, or just say hello. 🤝

We love getting the chance to meet the people behind the projects and build new connections!
