It’s been a busy year for me and I’ve also just needed a break from sewing. I had a string of bag projects that just failed. I finally sewed a bag today that I actually liked (but didn’t get a good shot of) and I finished two appliqué projects. The highland cow is from a pattern and the mountain scene was just some ad-libbing with leftover fabric. I also have a new rescue, a sweet 10-year/old chihuahua mix who was in a bad situation. She’s starting to get used to our home but she follows me everywhere so I got her a sling hoping it would help with her anxiety. She helped me with my projects today but was a bit too scared of the heat press and sewing machine. So we cut some fabric together.
