We’ve created a true spa sanctuary in the attic! The idea was to design an open-concept, functional space that feels both modern and serene. The green accent retaining wall provides a stylish divide between the bedroom and bathroom, while the walk-in steam shower and freestanding bathtub bring the ultimate spa-like experience home. To keep the space clean and sleek, we choose the hidden doors for maximizing storage without sacrificing style. So good, sooooo good!

Finally sharing the pictures of the kitchen from our full condo Kirkland renovation.
The kitchen turned out to be gorgeous: custom-made cabinetry with touch-to-open doors, feels like infinity peninsula island, beautiful waterfall countertops and stone backsplash, finished with European lighting. Also a client requested the storage on the dining room side of the island. We bet you would not even notice the hidden cabinets there! The client went for a clean, minimalist look with matte dark green lower cabinets paired with crisp white uppers to balance warmth and contrast, an integrated appliances. Every detail was chosen to blend modern design with daily functionality and we couldn’t be more proud with how it turned out!
