Our line of portable paint spray booths, mobile prep booths, portable prep stations, and portable welding booths provide unsurpassed flexibility for your filtration needs. From the first Mobile Work Station®, which was originally designed to increase the spray finishing capacity and eliminate the paint booth bottleneck experienced at a friend’s body shop, it was evident that there existed a need for quality, innovative portable filtration systems. Historically most of these unique units have been sold to the auto body shop and collision repair industry. However, approximately 50% are currently shipped to other industries, including aerospace manufacturing and maintenance, amusement parks, automotive and heavy equipment manufacturing, educational institutions, equipment repair and refurbishing, metal fabrication, oil field services, woodworking and cabinetry, etc…, as well as multiple government agencies.
While most often used for capturing paint overspray and removing paint fumes and VOCs, our equipment features adjustable filter racks allowing the combination of filters to be quickly customized to meet a customers’ particular filtration needs. We have customers who utilize their units only for collection/filtration of airborne particulates when sanding, stripping, grinding, etc…, as well as customers who use it only for fume removal when gluing, gel coating, staining, etc…, customers who use them for dehumidification, and customers who use them for welding fume capture and extraction. The versatility of these units allow for them to be used in many different ways to create a cleaner, more productive, and healthier work environment.
