In a recent project, we were tasked with designing and equipping several meeting rooms used by different teams, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing needs, including emergencies.

The key requirement was clear: the rooms had to be ready for use at any moment.

To meet this requirement, we focused not only on selecting professional AV equipment and advanced technology, but also on designing a complete, integrated solution that combines reliability, operational stability and ease of use.
From initial planning and equipment selection to installation, integration and implementation, we managed every stage of the project.

As part of the project, the TecPodium lectern was integrated with a central AV control system featuring a smart touchscreen, providing intuitive control over all multimedia equipment in the auditorium, including the digital signage player - all at the touch of a button.

We were delighted to take part in Panopto’s annual conference in London last week - an inspiring event that brought together academic institutions and partners from around the world.
