Quality Isn't Just Our Claim. It's Independently Certified.

Every metal roofing manufacturer talks about quality. But how can you know whether those claims are backed by meaningful standards?

At Isaiah Industries, we believe quality should be something you can verify.

That's why we're proud that all of our roofing products are certified as Premium Roofing Products through the Metal Construction Association (MCA).

MCA administers an independent certification program that examines the quality of the raw materials manufacturers use and their ability to document and trace those materials through manufacturing — from the original metal coil to the finished roofing product.

It's about accountability, consistency, and knowing what's actually going into the roof over your head.

Isaiah Industries is one of just three manufacturers producing MCA-certified Premium Roofing Products, and the only one of those three focused on residential roofing.

That distinction matters to us because residential roofing isn't just one of the markets we serve. It's our specialty.

Quality shouldn't be something you simply have to take a manufacturer's word for. It should be something the manufacturer can demonstrate.

Quality isn't an accident. It's built into every roof.

Part 6 of 10: Every Roof Is Personal. So Is the Attention We Give It.

A metal roof may begin as a coil of metal, but at Isaiah Industries, it never becomes just another production number.

Every project represents a real home, a real homeowner, and a significant investment in that property's future.

That's why our experienced team approaches each roofing project individually. From preparing the materials and producing the panels to inspecting, packaging, and preparing the order for shipment, there are people paying attention to the details.

We're not simply running products through machines as quickly as possible. Our team members understand that the panels they're handling will eventually become part of someone's home.

And they take that responsibility personally.

Manufacturing equipment makes the panels. Experienced, caring people make the difference.

It's one more reason quality isn't an accident. It's built into every roof.

Part 5 of 10: We Don't Just Produce Metal Roofing. We Produce Roofs for Homes.

In the metal roofing industry, manufacturing success is often measured by how many pounds of metal move through a production facility.

At Isaiah Industries, we look at things a little differently.

We measure our success by the number of beautiful, lasting roofs we help create — and the number of satisfied homeowners living beneath them.

Residential metal roofing is our specialty. It's what we do.

We're not simply processing coils of metal into commodity products. We're manufacturing roofing systems designed specifically for homes, with careful attention to appearance, performance, installation, and longevity.

Every panel that comes off our production floor has a destination. Eventually, it becomes part of someone's home. Someone's investment. Someone's peace of mind.

And that's a responsibility we take seriously.

Other manufacturers may count pounds. We'd rather count satisfied homeowners.

Quality isn't an accident. It's built into every roof.

Part 4 of 10: Interlocked. Not Just Overlapped.

When you look at a metal roof, you might see beautiful panels arranged in neat rows. But what you can't easily see is how those panels connect to one another.

And that detail matters!

Some roofing systems rely primarily on overlapping panels. Over time, movement, wind, and weather can cause vulnerable overlaps to separate or lift, potentially allowing wind-driven rain and debris to get beneath the roofing.

At Isaiah Industries, we take a different approach.

Our metal shingles, shakes, and tiles are designed with interlocking connections rather than relying on simple overlaps.

Those interlocks help neighboring panels work together as a roofing system, resisting separation and helping protect against wind-driven weather.

It's one of the reasons we believe the engineering beneath a beautiful roof is just as important as its appearance.

Because when Mother Nature comes knocking, you want your roof panels working together — not coming apart.

Quality isn't an accident. It's built into every roof.

Part 3 of 10: The Best Fasteners Are the Ones You Don't See.

What do screws and nails have to do with the long-term quality of a metal roof?

Quite a lot, actually!

Many metal roofs rely on exposed fasteners that pe*****te the roofing surface. Over time, those fasteners and their sealing washers can be affected by weather, temperature changes, and aging. They may eventually require inspection, maintenance, or replacement.

At Isaiah Industries, our residential metal roofing systems are designed with concealed fasteners. The screws or nails securing each panel are protected beneath the adjoining roofing panels rather than left exposed to the elements.

It's a design decision that contributes to a cleaner appearance, reduces exposure of the fasteners to weather, and helps minimize potential maintenance concerns.

Take a look at our KasselWood steel shingle. You can see the fastening tabs along the top edge. Once the next course of roofing is installed, those fasteners are completely concealed.
It's one of those details homeowners may never notice — and that's precisely the point.

Because quality isn't just about what you can see. It's also about what you can't.

Quality isn't an accident. It's built into every roof.

Part 2 of 10: A Beautiful Roof Deserves a Beautiful Future.

When choosing a metal roof, it's easy to focus on the color and style. But what's protecting that color 10, 20, or even 30 years down the road?

At Isaiah Industries, we believe the finish on a metal roof is every bit as important as the metal beneath it.

That's why the overwhelming majority of our painted roofing products feature Kynar 500® PVDF coatings, widely recognized for their exceptional resistance to fading, chalking, and weathering.

Not all metal roof coatings are created equal. Some are chosen primarily for economy. We choose premium finishes because homeowners deserve a roof designed to retain its beauty for decades.

We also offer a limited selection of specialty finishes, including anodized aluminum and natural copper, but Kynar 500 PVDF is the foundation of our painted roofing systems.

And there's more to a great finish than the coating itself. Proper application, quality control, and careful handling all matter. Those are details we take seriously. As part of our process, no coil of painted metal is released for production until it has passed our series of in-house tests.

Because a roof shouldn't just look beautiful the day it's installed. It should be designed to stay beautiful for years to come.

Quality isn't an accident. It's built into every roof.

QUALITY YOU CAN TRACE. FROM COIL TO ROOF.

Part 1 of 10: Quality Has a History. Ours Goes Back to 1959.

How do you know whether a metal roof is truly built to last?

One place to start is its history.

Our Rustic Shingle aluminum roofing system traces its roots all the way back to 1959, when Kaiser Aluminum began producing it. In 1980, Isaiah Industries acquired the product line, and we've continued building on that legacy ever since.

That's 67 years of product history!

In an industry where new products and promises come and go, there's something reassuring about a roofing system with that kind of history.

But longevity isn't the only measure of quality. The materials, manufacturing processes, product design, inspections, and installation all matter.

That's why we're launching this 10-part series to show what goes into the quality of an Isaiah Industries metal roof.

Quality isn't an accident. It's built into every roof.

Follow along as we take you from coil to roof, sharing the decisions and details that make a difference.
