We are still without power at this location however we are still open and available for your rental needs. Luckily with our new software our guys are able to fully function off of their cell phones. We look closed but rest assured we are here and ready to help you with anything you may need. We have a few water pumps, rug dryers, fans etc still available. Come Monday April 21, 2025 we should be going live with our all new software with an integrated website following shortly after that. We’re all so excited about this update. Please be patient as this is going to be a little learning curve for all of our team members at all locations but rest assured after the initial week or two of being live this is going to be a great improvement for all of our customers and their experiences. You’ll be able to book online, see availability at any location, track your deliveries and pickups and get almost any information you need without ever having to pick up the phone and call us. As much as we do love speaking with you all, we know sometimes being able to just press a button or two real quick and let us handle the rest is going to save you all a lot of time and hassle. Keep an eye out for more updates as we roll out more and more features over the next few weeks. Can’t wait to see you all in the office, or possibly never again as you won’t need to look at our faces if you choose not to! 😂
