General Fire Equipment Company Inc. General Fire provides equipment and installation to Police and Fire departments, FBI, ATF as well as fire extinguisher service to commercial businesses.

Located just outside downtown Milwaukee, General Fire is a fully staffed fire and police equipment distributor. Founded in 1942. GFE humbly began with the sale of a single Fire Extinquisher which led to the addition of fire trucks, equipment and later police supplies. Although we no longer sell trucks we maintain our equipment lines as well as extinguisher servicing and equipment installations. If you have a law enforcement vehicle, ambulance, fire truck or a work vehicle, no job is to big or too small. The general public is welcome to visit our showroom.
