Kingstree, South Carolina. A rusted metal roof was power washed, treated with AcryLabs Metal Prep, then seams, fasteners and protrusions were addressed with Brushable Sealant and Fabric Reinforcement, followed by two finish coats.
Towanda, Pennsylvania. A failing TPO roof was restored with the same system, with Liquid Walk Pad in Preservation Red rolled over the finish coats for a non-slip surface in the maintenance path.
Working over existing substrates saves labor, material and disposal cost and keeps roofing material out of the landfill. The full case studies are downloadable at the end of the article.
