Heather Morris and I Andrew Morris are out here grinding getting ready for the International Lineman’s Rodeo in Kansas City. ⚡️🇺🇸

It feels like we’ve been working 25 hours a day, 8 days a week since I started this company.

From the outside, Lineroots might look like a big operation.

The reality?

It’s just my wife and I.

It started with me and a sticker design that turned into building websites at a bar on my laptop after work while I was on the road and Heather holding everything together at home with our kids. It’s been late nights, early mornings, training others in the field, filling orders, answering customers, building relationships, chasing ideas, and figuring things out as we go. Thanks Amazon…. But we try.

There isn’t some massive corporate team behind Lineroots and no investor’s.

There’s a lineman, my wife, our family, and a belief that the people who work in the trades deserve a company built by people who actually understand the work.

We’ve put everything we have into this.

Our time. Our energy. Our money. Our weekends. Our home. A whole lot of sleep.

And we wouldn’t trade it.

We’re all in.

We will see you at booth #510 in KC!

When you’re a small business, there isn’t anyone else to pass the work to. Every order, every invoice, customer questions, and every late night depends on the people behind the company.

At Lineroots Supply, that’s Heather.

As my wife and business partner, Heather is involved in nearly every part of our company. She manages our accounts payable, keeps our operations organized, helps take care of our customers, works with our vendors, and handles the countless behind-the-scenes tasks that most people never see.

Running a small business isn’t always easy, and there have been plenty of long days, late nights, and challenges along the way. Through it all, Heather has been my biggest supporter and an equal partner in building Lineroots Supply from the ground up.

There may only be few of us here, but without her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to our customers, Lineroots Supply wouldn’t be where it is today.

So this month, I’d like to recognize the person who helps make all of this possible.

Congratulations, Heather, on being Lineroots Supply’s Employee of the Month.

Thank you for believing in this dream, for working beside me every day, and for everything you do for our business and our customers. I couldn’t have built Lineroots Supply without you!
