Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant
Dover, NJFull-time
A growing IT Sales and Service company is in need of Inside Sales and General Office support.The right candidate will help drive our Sales by creating quotes, purchasing equipment & services from vendors and generating invoices. This candidate will also act as the point of contact for all non-technical issues for customers, vendors and employees and will be responsible for ensuring their resolution. Help with general office tasks including filing, mailing, ordering supplies is also expected. This is a fast-paced environment that sometimes requires teammates to wear many “hats” and to be ‘flexible” with time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Experience with Quick books.
* Strong Word and Excel skills
* The ability to multi-task is a must.
* Strong communications skills.
* Basic understanding of computers, networking, etc.-
* Willingness to learn new tasks and accept additional responsibilities.
* Organization.
* Being self-motivated is a must.
* Experience with Connectwise suite
