• Rip lumber for moulder
• Mould and Sand

• Perform math calculations that include fractions
• Analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely
manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs
• Strong communication skills: written, oral, and listening
• Adhere to procedures and safety policies
• Quality conscious

Additional Skills that would be a plus:
• Construction, carpentry, millwork, or finishing knowledge
• Experience with hand and power tools or commercial
woodworking machinery
