Last week we tried our hands at making sauerkraut!

Thank you to Renee Matricardi for sharing her recipe for homemade sauerkraut with our team. We had such a fun afternoon working together to create something delicious.

This recipe is definitely a keeper for our upcoming summer BBQs.

Proud that we were once again able to host the St. Christopher's Hospital for Children Secret Santa Benefit. Over 125 families with a sick child will receive gifts delivered by a "Santa" from La Salle College High School on Christmas Eve.

We’re proud to be a part of this annual event and can’t wait to raise even more goods next year.
