WOW!

What an incredible kickoff to the 2026 Hot Summer Nights season! 🚗☀️ 🎶

Thank you to everyone who came out and made our first roll-in of the year such a success. We welcomed over 160 vehicles, an airplane, live music, packed streets, and a downtown full of people enjoying everything Waterville has to offer.

Most importantly, our local businesses were busy, friends and families gathered together, and the community spirit that makes these events special was on full display.

A huge thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, participants, musicians, businesses, and everyone who attended. Events like this only happen because of the support of our amazing community.

And we're not done yet...!

🎉 Bullhead Days is just over a week away! 📅 June 5-7, 2026

Get ready for another great weekend filled with activities, entertainment, food, fun, and community pride.

Hot Summer Nights Cruise In returns the 4th Thursday of every month, May through September, and if tonight was any indication, 2026 is going to be one for the books!

Our first Hot Summer Nights Cruise-In is this Thursday! 🚗🎶

Please check out the updated parking map before heading downtown. We’ve added some extended Roll-In parking areas this year.

A quick reminder: please keep the Roll-In Participants Designated Parking open for show vehicles only. Golf carts should use the marked Golf Cart Designated Parking area. Please also avoid blocking driveways near the ends of the parking areas.

Huge thank you to the City of Waterville for allowing us to close much of downtown for this event. We appreciate everyone helping us keep it organized and respectful for nearby homes and businesses.

We’re also looking for a few volunteers to help with set-up at 3:30pm and take down at 10pm on Thursday, May 28th. Contact the Waterville Event Center, MN 56096 to help, or just show up — there may be a free drink or two in it for you. 🍺🍻

Waterville Chamber Businesses Celebrating Businesses- What’s the Scoop Waterville

The Waterville Chamber of Commerce was pleased to present a “Good News Megaphone” to the new owners of What’s the Scoop in Waterville. While Casey and Kari Striver took over the restaurant last year, only recently does it feel like “their business”.

Starting a new business is hard but taking over an existing business can be just as hard. Casey and Kari needed to time review, change, and build the operation into one which reflects a quality community focused business. A key aspect of any restaurant is the menu and the quality of the offerings. The Strivers have evaluated all items on the menu upgrading it to a “home cooked” level. They built a line up that is more than just ice cream covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

From a staff standpoint, What’s the Scoop is a family affair. Not only do the owners both work in the business but also their son. In fact their young daughter helps out where she can. For additional employees whenever possible they hire Waterville residents. It is just another way of how they invest in the community.

Follow “What’s the Scoop Waterville” on Facebook to learn about their news and all special offerings.

The community is encouraged to welcome Casey, Kari, and their family to Waterville and thank them for investing in the town. Not only do they want to have a business presence here, they want to enjoy the camping opportunities here too.

“Businesses Celebrating Businesses” is a program from the Waterville Chamber of Commerce. Given that owning and operation a small business is a challenging journey, each month the Chamber is looking to highlight milestones, achievements, or advancements by any Waterville area businessperson or their business.

Business owners or their customers who know about “good news moments” achieved by any Waterville area business, please email that information to [email protected]. Highlighting of those events will be detailed on the Waterville Chamber of Commerce page and web site plus monthly in the LifeEnterprise Newspaper.
