It’s what’s on the inside that matters.

What you’re looking at here is rust buildup inside 30-year-old piping. Over time, corrosion can restrict airflow, clog dryers and filters, and compromise system reliability.

Fortunately, we were able to step in to help our lakeshore customer. As you can see from the third photo, we installed new blue Kaeser SmartPipe XL, receiver tanks, dryers, and filters to restore efficiency and peace of mind.

Another successful compressor room redesign for a manufacturing customer in Northern Michigan! Check out the "Before" and "After" pics.

Along with brand-new air compressors, we installed Kaeser’s (blue) SmartPipe Compressed Air Piping System and reorganized the layout, which included relocating air tanks, opening up the space, and improving overall flow and serviceability.

Most importantly, the significant improvement in energy efficiency will save the customer roughly $30,000 a year.
