Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and speak to customers about new service requests, product questions or concerns, and warranty work needed.
- Schedule appointments with homeowners and builders.
- Type up new work orders in our scheduling system.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of our evolving products and services.
- Communicate with our installers who are out in the field.

Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Proficient at typing.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong communication skills.
