Floors in multistory construction become unlevel over time. They settle and sag and even bowl between joists. Many buildings, especially older ones, have strict weight restrictions on what can be done to level the floors.

Most often, the deep spots are filled with an ultra lightweight deep fill leveler and then capped with a self leveler and a finished floor such as LVT or carpet. The best ultra lightweight solution is a beaded system, but there are two primary types: one that already has the bead preblended and you just add it to water, or one where you mix the bead on site, such as SpexLite 6724 EPS Bead, to the leveler you'll use to cap the ultra lightweight layer with.

We dropped a 5 1/2" sample of Spex•Crete™ 350 Super Set Ultra Lightweight Deep Fill Commercial Floor Leveler from our loading dock from a height of 8 feet after casting it only 3 days ago to see how it holds up!

The results were impressive!
