Foam-Flo™ systems and foam nozzles, manufactured right here in Southern Oregon.

At Cascade Fire Equipment, we make both in-house. Each has a different job: our Foam-Flo proportioning system meters Class A foam concentrate into the hose line, while our foam nozzles expand that solution into foam for application. Quality starts with the materials. Our Foam-Flo system uses aluminum, brass, and stainless-steel components, with anodized internal aluminum components and a powder-coated exterior. Our lightweight aluminum foam nozzles feature a Cerakote finish for durability and corrosion resistance.

They’re two examples of the manufacturing happening here at Cascade, and equipment we’re proud to put our name on.

Featuring Whelen Engineering Company, Inc. emergency lighting and CenCom Core controls, an Arges Pro-Focus spotlight, a Troy Products console, and a WARN Industries M12 12,000 lb winch with a heavy-duty recovery kit. Manufactured by Cascade Fire Equipment, the Hose Vacuum uses compressed air to create Venturi suction, removing residual air so fire hose lays flatter for rolling, packing, and storage.

Its compact aluminum body features a 1½-inch NH connection, a Schrader air valve, and an integrated muffler to reduce exhaust noise. A small tool with a practical role in getting hose packed and ready for the next call.

A machined connection. A locking pin. A protective finish. Each serves a purpose in the equipment we manufacture here in Southern Oregon.

Ranger Plus Nozzles offer two selectable flow settings, fog and straight-stream patterns, and twist-shutoff control in a lightweight, hard-anodized body.

The Gizmo Shutoff uses machined 6061-T6 aluminum to provide compact flow restriction. It is not a positive shutoff, so some leakage can occur when closed.

The iZone Hose Hook combines aluminum and stainless steel with a locking pin for quick hose storage and secure positioning.

At just 4 pounds, the Gate Valve features a heat-treated aluminum body, brass stem, and Cerakote finish. It opens fully in fewer than 11 turns.
