We manufacture our diamond slurry at our facility and can customize the concentration to some degree with particle sizes ranging from 9 micron up to 1/10th micron.

Our water-based diamond slurry is made with monocrystalline synthetic diamond powders, but we can also provide natural or polycrystalline diamond. It can be used on many different surfaces/substrates such as leather, balsa, basswood, denim and felt.

They are effective at polishing hard materials like metal, glass, semiconductors, ceramics and polishing gemstones.

Our diamond resin bonded industrial belts are available in standard sizes, but we have the capabilities to make custom sizes as small as 1⁄2 inch up to 10 inch widths and lengths as small as 6” in diameter and a maximum length of 250 inches. They are designed to be used on HVOF spray coatings, carbides, ceramics, chromium, ferrites, hardened materials, nitrides, silicon carbide, tungsten carbide alloys, zirconia, zirconium boride and glass.

We purposely designed our discs without arbor holes so you can use the full surface, however if an arbor hole is required, we can provide it to you at no extra cost. You can order them with PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive), Velcro, or Magnetic backings as separate items. Discs range in size from 1⁄2” to 24”.
