👏 Congratulations to the Littfin Truss Leadership Team on completing QPR(Question, Persuade, Refer) su***de prevention training on April 22nd!

With 26 new Gatekeepers trained, their team is better equipped to recognize the warning signs of su***de, start supportive conversations, and help connect individuals to resources. 💜🩵

During the training, we also discussed the importance of creating a workplace culture that prioritizes:
✔️ Safety
✔️ Employee engagement and connectedness
✔️ Wellness and mental health
✔️ Support systems and looking out for one another
✔️ Ongoing leadership, supervisor, and employee education
