This week's spotlight is shining extra bright on our night rider........

Meet Joe; He is our first in guy. While most are sleeping at 4:30 in the morning, Joe is gearing up to ensure you have everything you need to be productive and successful before your work day even starts. He is as reliable as old faithful! His quick wit and sense of humor always makes everyone laugh and smile. He is an all-around team player that we can count on. Whether at the ESS Shop, or on-site Joe is out of the truck helping out. It is not uncommon for me to get a call or text and ask if we can please send Joe! He has been driving for us for a year and is now working on his hydraulics and CDl license. So soon When you see The ESS Moffett Truck Blazing down the Southeast Expressway, toot at Joe, and shout out a top of the morning to you! He loves getting beeped at LOL. Thank you Joe for all you do; we cant be us without you. We are very grateful for your hard work and dedication.

Sometimes the stars line up and you get a perfect team..... We've had the 1970 Bruins, The 86 Celtics, The 2001 Patriots, The 2004 Sox, and This Team! We are the A Team of the industry.......We are The 3 Musketeers, The 3 Amigos, and some days we are The 3 Stooges!!!
All kidding aside, I feel fortunate to be teamed up with 2 salespeople as great as PJ and Larry. They are the best in the business!!! They have both been at this for over 20 years . As for me, I bring 35 years of construction experience. Many years as a Union Plasterer in Local 534, and as a Contractor. We understand how critical your time and needs are. We make happen what others can not, and that is what separates us from them.
When I came on board to ESS 4 years ago I was pleasantly surprised by the help and encouragement from PJ and Larry. They are great family men with integrity, values and morals, and those ethics transpire in their way of sales. We meshed instantly. We were the small, independently owned little engine that could supply company, that became an unstoppable machine! How we did that... hard work, dedication, integrity, loyalty to ourselves and our customers. Our customers know they will get honesty, the best materials, and supplies: fast, on time and at a fair price. A simple equation. Whatever it is you need to keep your job or project running smoothly, on time and successful.......we are your answer, and the extension of your team you have needed.

Spotlight Shining on The Quiet One! The Beatles had Their quiet one....George. Eastern Site Supply has Stephen Maggiacomo. Stephen has been with us for over 2 years, and not only is he our quiet one, but he has never missed a day of work or been late, making him "The reliable one." Let us not mistake his quietness for boring! Stephen is extremely funny, and always has a good story or joke to tell. He is the definition of teamwork. He has never said no to any request, which makes our challenging and late deliveries to all of you possible. ESS is the service company it is because of Stephens's hardwork, commitment and devotion to us and all of you. Thank you for all you do Stephen,. This weeks Spotlight is on Zachary Whitney.....

What to say about Zach........ Zach is 26, and he has been with ESS for 6years. He has come a long way from the kid who came here part-time all those years ago. Zach is a great, and experienced Flat bed Driver. He was our distance driver for a few years, and has now moved into the warehouse for past 3 years. He has a vast knowledge of all materials, and equipment. Also, being a driver for so long, no one knows the roads of New England, and all the nooks and crannies of Boston better than zachary, which makes him a great resource for all departments here at Eastern. His Smile and quick witted sense of humor has always made him a fan favorite with everyone here at ESS and all of our customers. Thank you Zach for being you, making us all smile and laugh everyday. You are such a bright spot at ESS, and we are grateful for you.

This week's Spotlight shines on our Brightest Driver, Ryan Craig.

Ryan is an exceptional employee with a great smile and laugh. He shows up every day early and can be seen helping the guys get his truck ready. Ryan always makes a point to walk around, check in with all his fellow workers before hitting the road, asking how they are doing. Even checking in with them on how their families are. He is by far our speed racer LOL...........making more deliveries than anyone else at Eastern in a day. One thing I particularly love about Ryan is the time he takes time with our customers. He listens to them. Ryan truly cares. He comes back and gives me the customer's feedback. How we can be more efficient and serve them better. He takes extra time to get to know them personally. Ryan will tell me what is happening in their lives outside of work, bits about their families. He will say...... Alfio, this person is having a tough day.....can we do something to make it better for him/her. ESS is successful because of people like Ryan. He isn't just a "Driver" he is a very kind man, with a big heart. He is what ESS stands for. The world needs more Ryan Craig's
Thank you so much Ryan for being you!!
