The person we were working with since June for the sale of our business has “changed their mind” a while ago and notified us last week that they will not be moving forward with the purchase.

So……

Woodbury Farm, Feed and Power Equipment is back on the market for sale, the sale of the business DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY REAL-ESTATE! However it does include Significant assets and all current inventory. Some staff is willing to stay on in a pay position to help with a smooth transition. There are at least six streams of revenue. I would be happy to discuss what is an is not included along with advice going forward. This is a business that’s been around a long time with serious potential. Current price of $390,000 is absolutely negotiable. No tire kickers I’m looking for a serious. Prospect. This time with the means to purchase and willing to put in a serious commitment. Woodbury Farm, Feed and Power Equipment Business is for sale, it will be able to stay at its present location, property is not for sale but a lease is available, revenue streams that are available are the feed and grain portion, the hardware portion, the Uhaul portion and the power equipment portion, and that includes propane and mulch price is $390,000 less than one year income, it is available immediately and staff can be hired to provide for a smooth transition.
