ROY is a large group of hard-working, fun-loving volunteers striving to make our quaint little community even more attractive and interesting. We include local business owners, residents, and elected officials working in partnership with the Borough of Youngsville (BOY) and the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry to improve the quality of life in Youngsville for those who live here and
for those who decide to visit our little slice of heaven. The Revitalization Of Youngsville Association (ROY) organized in 2004 using the Pennsylvania Downtown Center model of four committees. In an effort to arrange in an orderly system, while working to enhance quality of life in the Warren County Youngsville Area, ROY volunteers group our projects into one of the above committees. Our history is that when Youngsville Area organized, ROY was one of four communities in Warren County within the County Main Street Program (https://padowntown.org) who operated under the umbrella of the Warren County Economic Opportunities Council (the EOC). Currently, ROY operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Financial contributions to our projects and programs are tax-deductible. Projects completed:
