Established in 1949
Crown Ace Hardware is a family-owned and operated chain that got its beginning in 1949 as a single "mom and pop" hardware store in Corona del Mar. The name is derived from the community itself. Translated from Spanish, Corona del Mar means "Crown of the Sea." Owners Jeff Schulein and his son Mark have expanded into additional communities, and now proudly operate 17 Crown Ace Hardware stores in Orange County, San Diego County, Riverside, Yucaipa, and Lake Havasu City, Arizona. For the 11th year in a row, Ace Hardware has been ranked the "Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores" according to J.D. Power & Associates (2007-2017).

WIND. RAIN. WILD WEATHER. LET’S GET READY.

As October turns to November, a little preparation now can make a big difference when the weather changes.

Your neighborhood Ace is here to help you protect your home, prepare your family, and tackle that before-the-storm checklist:

🔦 Flashlights, lanterns & batteries for unexpected outages
🏠 Weather stripping & caulk to help keep wind and rain outside
🛠️ Tarps, rope & tie-downs for your outdoor preparation projects
🧤 Work gloves, cleanup tools & heavy-duty bags for the mess afterward

Check your supplies. Secure loose outdoor items. Keep local weather alerts on. And check on a neighbor who could use a helping hand. ❤️

Not sure where to start? Stop in and tell us what you’re preparing for. Our helpful team can help you find the supplies that fit your home and your project.

Because being the helpful place means helping our whole community get ready.

WILD WEATHER DOESN’T WAIT. BE READY BEFORE IT HITS.

Selection varies by location.

There's something special about a hometown hardware store.

At Crown Ace Hardware, we're incredibly grateful to be part of the Yucaipa community—a place where neighbors still know each other, lend a helping hand, and take pride in where they live.

Whether you're planting a garden, tackling a weekend DIY project, firing up the grill, or preparing your home for the seasons, it's our privilege to be the store you can count on.

Thank you, Yucaipa, for your trust, your loyalty, and your support. We're proud to serve this amazing community and look forward to helping generations of neighbors for years to come.
