For the many who are wondering - the 1950 Clinton Model 700A produces "approximately 1-1/2 to 2hp" according to the service manual from 1952... So your guess is as good as theirs!

However, the old service manuals are so much more comprehensive when it comes to service procedures than the newer manuals. Cool to see the old manuals are still around!
