Today, our members were able to enjoy the hospitality of Sika Hungária Kft. at the company’s premises in Biatorbágy. In Hungary, Sika is a key player in both the construction industry, construction chemistry, and industry. The company’s management gave us a full interactive presentation about the company’s operations, industrial projects, sustainability efforts, digitization processes, and forward-looking steps in HR – Swiss quality.

SikaFloor-200 Level - Levelling compound - 3 to 40 mm - Sika
Cement- based self-leveling leveling mass with very low VOC emissions, for indoor and outdoor application.
Sikafloor-200 Level is a multifunctional leveling compound which is characterized by particularly low shrinkage and high thickness.
Suitable for medium duty.

Application areas

Sikafloor-200 Level is suitable for smoothing, equalizing and leveling suitable substrates, before laying parquet, ceramic tiles, seamless floor coverings based on synthetic resin, textile or elastic floor coverings , and this inside and outside residential and non-industrial buildings.

Application

Spread the mixed Sikafloor-200 Level using suitable tools (trowel or notched scraper, or adjustable handle scraper) and eliminate air entrapments with a bubble-release roller.
Perimeter joints and expansion joints must be considered up to the finished surface.
Avoid the introduction of equalization mass.
The leveling layer must be sufficiently thick and the surface sufficiently flat, as indicated by the manufacturer of the tiles or the floor covering.
In case of thicker layers, avoid contact with vertical structures by placing an insulation strip around the perimeter.
If a second leveling coat is to be applied, the first coat should be primed with Sikafloor-03 Primer or with Sikafloor-01 Primer (1:1).
The maximum layer thickness cannot be exceeded when applying in two coats.
The second layer cannot exceed the layer thickness of the first.
Avoid contact with metal, such as water pipes (eg by insulating the penetrations of the latter) because pipes made of galvanized steel in particular are not sufficiently protected against corrosion.
Protect Sikafloor-200 Level leveling layers from high ambient temperatures, direct sunlight and drafts (curing treatment).

Cho lưu thông bình thường 28 ngày.

CHUẨN BỊ BỀ MẶT
Ngay sau khi bề mặt bê tông đạt đến độ dẻo (sau khi bê tông tách nước nhưng trước khi bắt đầu ninh kết) xoa phẳng bề mặt bê tông mới đổ và san bằng bề mặt với thước đầm.
THI CÔNG
Rắc hỗn hợp Sikafloor® Chapdur “bằng tay” lên bề mặt bê tông đang còn ướt và đã được làm phẳng với tỷ lệ 3–6 kg/m². Để cho Sikafloor Chapdur hút hơi ẩm trên bề mặt bê tông và khi còn ẩm, dùng máy xoa nền xoa bề mặt Sikafloor® Chapdur.
Ngay khi hỗn hợp trở nên dẻo hoặc khi sắp ninh kết, tiến hành san phẳng trước bằng máy xoa nền chạy với tốc độ thấp nhưng có gắn thêm lưỡi kim loại với độ nghiêng tối thiểu. Lần xoa mặt cuối cùng (nếu cần) nên thực hiện sau đó một lúc nhưng máy xoa nền được chạy với tốc độ cao.
XỬ LÝ ĐÓNG RẮN / BẢO DƯỠNG
Bề mặt hỗn hợp Sikafloor® Chapdur phải được bảo vệ tránh sự mất nước quá nhanh vì điều này có thể làm nứt bề mặt. Do đó phải thi công hệ thống chất bảo dưỡng đã được phê duyệt.
