🔹 Low-Cost System – FRP & Lightweight Concrete

Reverse master pattern used directly as a mold

Complex designs are prone to defects and require significant patching

Suitable for one-off production only

For larger quantities → a proper Composite FRP mold is mandatory
(or metal molds – very heavy and expensive, rarely used).

Once a proper FRP mold is made → both FRP and lightweight concrete products can achieve high consistency.
