Tối ngày 31/7/2026, tại Hotel Nikko Saigon, Công ty Cổ phần Maruichi Sun Steel (SUNSCO) long trọng tổ chức Lễ kỷ niệm 30 năm thành lập với chủ đề “Tri ân quá khứ – Kiến tạo tương lai”.
Sự kiện là dịp nhìn lại hành trình 30 năm hình thành và phát triển, tri ân những đóng góp quý báu của các thế hệ Cán bộ, Công nhân viên, Cổ đông, Đối tác và Khách hàng; đồng thời mở ra một chặng đường phát triển mới của SUNSCO trong tương lai.

Thành lập ngày 3/6/1996, SUNSCO đã trải qua 30 năm không ngừng phát triển và mở rộng năng lực sản xuất tại Việt Nam. Từ nhà máy thép ống đường kính nhỏ đi vào hoạt động năm 1998, Công ty từng bước đầu tư các dây chuyền mạ màu, mạ kẽm liên tục, cán nguội và sản xuất thép ống kích thước lớn, đồng thời mở rộng hoạt động tại khu vực phía Bắc thông qua SUNSCO Hà Nội.
Hành trình ấy được xây dựng trên sự kết hợp giữa công nghệ, kinh nghiệm quản lý và hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng của Nhật Bản với tinh thần tận tâm, bền bỉ của đội ngũ nhân sự Việt Nam. Trên nền tảng chất lượng đạt nhiều tiêu chuẩn quốc tế và tinh thần cải tiến liên tục, SUNSCO cung cấp các sản phẩm chủ lực gồm tôn mạ hợp kim 55% Al-Zn, tôn mạ kẽm, tôn mạ màu, thép ống tròn và thép hộp, phục vụ đa dạng nhu cầu sản xuất và đời sống.
Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, Ông Suzuki Hiroyuki, Chủ tịch kiêm CEO Công ty Maruichi Steel Tube tại Nhật Bản, đồng thời là Chủ tịch SUNSCO, nhấn mạnh: “Thế mạnh của SUNSCO là sự kết hợp giữa công nghệ và quản lý chất lượng của Nhật Bản với tinh thần cần cù, sự linh hoạt và ý chí vươn lên mạnh mẽ của người Việt Nam.”
Ba mươi năm không chỉ là một dấu mốc thời gian, mà còn là hành trình bền bỉ vun đắp uy tín bằng chất lượng sản phẩm, kỷ luật trong vận hành, sự trân trọng con người và cam kết đáp lại niềm tin của khách hàng. Đó cũng là chặng đường ghi dấu những thử thách đã cùng nhau vượt qua và những giá trị được gìn giữ, tiếp nối qua nhiều thế hệ.
KHÔNG GIAN HỘI NGỘ TRANG TRỌNG, ẤM ÁP VÀ ĐẬM DẤU ẤN NHẬT BẢN
Ngay từ khu vực đón khách, hành trình 30 năm của SUNSCO đã được tái hiện sinh động qua không gian trưng bày các cột mốc phát triển và những hình ảnh tư liệu quý giá. Sắc đỏ – trắng chủ đạo, thiết kế sân khấu trang trọng cùng những lẵng hoa chúc mừng đã tạo nên một không gian hội ngộ ấm áp, gần gũi và đậm dấu ấn Nhật Bản.
Chương trình diễn ra trong không khí trang trọng và ấm áp với các tiết mục nghệ thuật, giao lưu và phần nhìn lại hành trình 30 năm phát triển. Đây cũng là dịp để Ban lãnh đạo, cổ đông, đối tác, khách hàng và cán bộ, công nhân viên tăng cường sự gắn kết, cùng hướng tới những cơ hội hợp tác mới.
Điểm nhấn của buổi lễ là nghi thức Kagami-biraki – nghi thức mở thùng rượu sake truyền thống của Nhật Bản, tượng trưng cho may mắn, thịnh vượng và khởi đầu tốt đẹp. Với sự tham gia của các Cổ đông và đại diện khách hàng trong và ngoài nước, nghi thức thể hiện sự giao hòa giữa nền tảng Nhật Bản và hành trìnhphát triển của SUNSCO tại Việt Nam, đồng thời thắt chặt mối quan hệ hợp tác hữu nghị, bền vững với các đối tác.
Trong không khí hân hoan, các đại biểu và khách mời cùng nâng ly chúc mừng, giao lưu và lưu giữ những khoảnh khắc đáng nhớ.

Nhìn lại hành trình 30 năm và chặng đường phía trước, ông Nakahori Masaru, Tổng Giám đốc Công ty Maruichi Sun Steel, chia sẻ: “Ba mươi năm trước, Công ty bắt đầu từ một bước đi nhỏ và đã cùng quý vị tiến bước đến ngày hôm nay. Và hành trình ấy sẽ còn tiếp tục.”
Ba mươi năm là dấu mốc đáng tự hào và cũng là khởi đầu cho một hành trình mới. Trên nền tảng tầm nhìn của các Cổ đông, sự dẫn dắt của Ban lãnh đạo, niềm tin của khách hàng, sự đồng hành của đối tác và những đóng góp bền bỉ của nhiều thế hệ cán bộ, công nhân viên, SUNSCO sẽ tiếp tục nâng cao chất lượng, củng cố niềm tin và kiến tạo giá trị bền vững cho xã hội.

On the evening of July 31, 2026, at Hotel Nikko Saigon, Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company (SUNSCO) proudly celebrated its 30th Anniversary under the theme “Honoring the Past – Creating the Future.”
The event marked a significant milestone, reflecting on SUNSCO’s remarkable 30-year journey of growth and development while expressing sincere appreciation to generations of employees, shareholders, business partners, and valued customers whose trust and contributions have been instrumental to the Company’s success. At the same time, it signified the beginning of a new chapter of sustainable growth and future aspirations.
THREE DECADES OF DEDICATION TO QUALITY AND TRUST
Established on June 3, 1996, SUNSCO has continuously expanded its manufacturing capabilities and strengthened its presence in Vietnam over the past three decades. Since the commencement of operations of its small-diameter steel pipe plant in 1998, the Company has progressively invested in color coating, continuous hot-dip galvanizing, cold rolling, and large-diameter steel pipe production lines. It has also expanded its footprint in northern Vietnam through the establishment of SUNSCO Hanoi.
This remarkable journey has been built upon the successful integration of Japanese technology, management expertise, and quality control systems with the dedication, perseverance, and craftsmanship of the Vietnamese workforce. Supported by internationally recognized quality standards and a culture of continuous improvement, SUNSCO provides a comprehensive range of high-quality steel products, including 55% Al-Zn alloy-coated steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, pre-painted steel sheets, round steel pipes, and square and rectangular steel tubes, serving a wide variety of industrial and everyday applications.
In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Suzuki Hiroyuki, Chairman and CEO of Maruichi Steel Tube Ltd. (Japan) and Chairman of SUNSCO, emphasized: “SUNSCO’s strength lies in combining Japanese technology and quality management with the diligence, flexibility, and strong growth mindset of Vietnamese employees.”
Thirty years represent far more than a milestone in time—they embody a steadfast journey of building a trusted reputation through product excellence, operational discipline, respect for people, and an unwavering commitment to earning and sustaining customers’ trust. It is also a journey marked by challenges overcome together and enduring values that have been preserved and passed down from one generation to the next.
AN ELEGANT GATHERING FILLED WITH WARMTH AND JAPANESE HERITAGE
From the moment guests arrived, SUNSCO’s 30-year journey came to life through a dedicated exhibition showcasing key milestones and a collection of valuable historical photographs. The venue, adorned in the Company’s signature red-and-white color palette, featured an elegantly designed stage complemented by congratulatory flower arrangements, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere enriched with the distinctive spirit of Japanese hospitality and aesthetics.
The celebration was held in an atmosphere of elegance and warmth, featuring cultural performances, networking activities, and a retrospective presentation highlighting SUNSCO’s 30-year journey of growth and development. The occasion also provided a valuable opportunity for the Company's leadership, shareholders, business partners, customers, and employees to strengthen their relationships and look forward to new opportunities for collaboration.
A highlight of the evening was the Kagami-biraki ceremony—the traditional Japanese sake barrel opening ceremony, symbolizing good fortune, prosperity, and auspicious new beginnings. Joined by SUNSCO’s shareholders and representatives of domestic and international customers, the ceremony reflected the harmonious integration of Japanese heritage with SUNSCO’s development journey in Vietnam, while reaffirming the Company’s enduring commitment to fostering strong, long-term partnerships built on mutual trust and friendship.
In a joyful and celebratory atmosphere, distinguished guests and participants raised their glasses in a toast, enjoyed meaningful conversations, and shared memorable moments together.

Reflecting on SUNSCO’s remarkable 30-year journey and the road ahead, Mr. Nakahori Masaru, General Director of Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company, shared: “Thirty years ago, our company began with a small step and has come this far together with all of you. And our journey will continue.”
