IAS AC472 is an important certification for manufacturers of pre-engineered steel structures, issued by the International Accreditation Service (IAS). IAS is an international accreditation organization operating under ISO/IEC 17011 standards, and IAS AC472 is a specific standard that assesses the capability and quality of steel structure manufacturers in the construction industry.

To renew this certification, companies must undergo evaluations by IAS experts from the U.S. twice a year.

This is part of a continuous improvement process involving the entire company team, upgrading and enhancing machinery and equipment, and perfecting product quality. World Steel is the first company in Vietnam and Southeast Asia to achieve this outstanding certification.

ISO 3834-2 is an international standard for quality management systems in welds for companies operating in the welding field. It is part of the ISO 3834 series of standards, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and applicable to welding in various industries.

The ISO 3834 series of standards – Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials, issued in 2005, includes the following Standards:

ISO 3834-1: Criteria for the selection of the appropriate level of quality requirements

✅ ISO 3834-3: Standard quality requirements
✅ ISO 3834-4: Elementary quality requirements
