Sharing some real site photos today.
Construction is never clean or perfect.
Dust, steel frames, open ceilings — this is the reality of every project.
In this building, our XPS backer boards are being installed for column wrapping and wet area base layer.
What I like about this project is not the finish.
It’s the process.
The contractor told us:
“Weight matters when you work on upper floors.”
“Time matters when labor cost keeps increasing.”
That’s why they shifted from traditional cement board to lightweight waterproof backer boards.
In Southeast Asia & Middle East, humidity is high.
If the base material absorbs water, future problems are expensive.
This system helps them:
